The world needs better goverment.<\/p>\n<p>So in conclusion, let me repeat the key messages:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Urgency. We must come to an agreement here in Copenhagen in December.<\/li>\n<li>Direction. We must set a long term target.<\/li>\n<li>Action. We must commit to short term efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Fairness. The rich must assist the poor.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity. Green growth is the future.<\/li>\n<li>Governance.
